Document Services
Smart Choices Health (SCH) provides the documents required to offer employees an ICHRA with notification letters and privacy disclosures. This is a basic service to implement an ICHRA. It takes an hour to complete the questionnaire and consult with the advisor on how to create your plan. Documents are sent electronically for a one-time annual fee unless you make future changes.
Any employer with more than 2 employees can set up an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). Smart Choices Health provides both basic document services and comprehensive services which include ICHRA Kits complete. We also provide personalized consulting services to ensure proper setup and compliance.
The Smart Employer ICHRA Customized
SCH provides a complete kit with what is needed to offer employees a health reimbursement arrangement. The ICHRA kit is completely customized with your company logo and branding. The kit contains documents required to offer employees a tax-free reimbursement of qualified health expenses or just premiums. Additional services are offered below to help validate the reimbursements and offer employees resources to answer their questions on how to best use their healthcare dollars.
Reimbursement Validation and Employee Advocacy
Employee ICHRA reimbursement validation services and advocacy services are provided to groups with more than 10 employees.
Employees upload their receipts to a secure portal. SCH will validate their expenses and notify the employer monthly via a secure email of what is reimbursable. HIPAA rules are adhered to for employee privacy.
Employees can call or email for additional information and assistance as to where to purchase qualified health plans in the open market during the year and SCH will manage new hires as they come on board as well.
